Who we are
The Green Classroom is a farm and learning centre where children, families and groups come to learn about food, animals, people and looking after the planet.
What we care about
Everything we do comes back to the four parts of our logo:

Our land
The land has a long heritage of organic farming. We are continuing the original landowners’ commitment to organic methods and careful stewardship of the land: looking after the soil, encouraging biodiversity, protecting pollinators and using resources sustainably. Alongside the fields and animals there is an ancient orchard, which we are caring for as part of the farm’s heritage.
Our aim
To create a welcoming place where everyone can learn practical skills, experience achievement and build a lasting understanding of animal welfare, the environment and sustainable living. The farm complements, rather than replaces, school and other support services.
